Meal for the Homeless

JBF scholarship recipients and mentees must perform (10) hours of community service. To help them meet their community service commitment and to serve the homeless community, the Foundation feeds the homeless on Thanksgiving morning.

You can help in this effort by purchasing a meal for a homeless person for $13 a person. Each individualized meal includes half rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, cornbread, and a choice of water or soda. The foundation feed 100 homeless people on thanksgiving; help us feed 200 next year.
