We are looking for adult mentors to work with high school and college students.
Serving African American males ages 14 to 25 years old.

The purpose of the mentoring program is to cultivate meaningful relationships and opportunities for your African American men. The Foundation expects our mentors to offer valuable support and guidance as mentees navigate their careers, and provide feedback about personal and career growth; all while building a lifelong relationship.
Service Term: The Foundation hopes that lifelong relationships are created, but at a minimum we require a 12-month commitment.
Qualifications:

At least 18 years of age.

Have a desire to build a one-on-one relationship with a young African American men.

Good relationship building skills and ability to maintain constructive relationship boundaries with mentee, mentee's family, and the Foundation.

Ability and commitment to maintain confidentiality and act in a manner that is consistent with the Foundation's policies and procedures.

Satisfactory criminal background and driving record checks, and proof of car insurance (if using a car)
